He never fails a student, ever! This class is necessary for junior accounting students, and he's the easier one out of the two professors. Not sure how long he will keep teaching the class, but you would be VERY lucky to get him. He makes no sense, and I didn't learn a thing. BUT he gave me a C+, and you need a minimum of a C. Worked for me.
